NOTE: The Frog Warranty only applies to the original owner. It does not apply if the bike is subsequently sold on.  Accessories sold on have separate manufacturer's warranties.

To make a claim against your Warranty:
If you purchased your bike through a Frog Stockist please contact that stockist directly so they can investigate your warranty problem.  If you bought the bike directly from Frog Bikes, please contact us on+44 1784 557300 or to tell us about the problem. We will need your name and address, a contact number, and we'll also need proof of purchase, date of purchase and your unique frame number if you do not have Warranty Plus.

If it is a part that can be repaired or replaced, we will contact a local store and ask them to carry out the repair on our behalf, using one of their certified mechanics. We will pay for the costs if it is within 2 years of purchase. If this still doesn't fix the problem, you can send the bike back to us (see above).
