Delivering your Bike: 2 options
If you prefer to buy online, we now offer a Click and Collect facility. Once you have chosen the bike you would like to purchase an order will be sent to the Frog Bike Dealer of your choice. They will assemble the bike for you and get in touch with you when the bike is ready for collection. At this point you will make a payment to the Dealer.
Alternatively we can deliver directly to you. This takes up to 2 weeks to most parts of Canada. An instruction manual is available online, however, please note that we recommend all our bikes are assembled and checked by a professional bike mechanic.

We will send accessories out by courier and they will arrive within 7-10 days (subject to customs clearance). If you order them with a bike, they will come together, in the same box where possible.
Returning a bike or accessories
We hope you'll be delighted with your order when it arrives, but if you are not completely happy, you can send it back within 28 days. You'll find a returns form in the box which has instructions for sending products back. Please indicate on the form why you are returning the product(s), and whether you'd like a replacement sent out free of charge, or a refund. If you need to return a bike, please call our courier to arrange collection; for accessories please take the parcel to the post office and use the pre-printed label. The returns address is Frog Bikes Manufacturing LTD, Unit A, Mamhilad Park Estate, Pontypool, Torfaen NP40HZ, United Kingdom.
Please note if you ask for a refund on a bike order, we reserve the right to deduct the courier collection charge, unless the product is faulty.
If the bike is defective or a part is missing, please phone us first on +44 1784 557300 for help. Of course you will always have the right to return it for a full refund.
The bike must be returned to us complete and undamaged, within 28 days of you receiving it. We're sure you'll understand that if a product has been ridden or used outside we can only refund or exchange if it is faulty.
All bikes must be returned in their original box, securely packaged. In particular ensure the wheel, frames and forks are carefully packaged to avoid damage on the return journey. Also make sure all original accessory and component boxes are returned with bike.
If a returned bike is further damaged or missing any accessories or components, Frog Bikes reserve the right to charge the store for any additional damage to the bike or for any missing accessories or components. This could be as much as the full cost of the bike.
Helmets can also be returned but must be sent back in their original undamaged packaging. The helmets must also not have been used.
